1. VEHICLE SALES & AS-IS CONDITION
All vehicles sold by Ohio Auto Warehouse LLC are previously used and sold AS-IS without any warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.
This means:
* The buyer assumes all responsibility for repairs and maintenance after purchase.
* Ohio Auto Warehouse LLC does not guarantee the condition or longevity of any vehicle sold.
* Buyers have the right to inspect, test drive vehicles before purchase on location at the dealership.
* Buyers are also encouraged to have a third-party inspection at their cost at any repair shop or dealership within 15 minutes of Ohio Auto Warehouse LLC. If you choose to have the vehicle inspected by a third part repair shop or dealership outside of the 15-minute drive time from the Ohio Auto Warehouse LLC, transportation can be arranged at an additional cost.
* A service contract from a third-party provider may be available for purchase. This contract is separate from Ohio Auto Warehouse LLC and may provide coverage for certain repairs after purchase. We encourage customers to review all service contract details before purchasing.
2. VEHICLE INFORMATION & PRICING
* We strive to provide accurate descriptions and pricing for all vehicles, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing.
* Prices are subject to change without notice. Please verify prior to purchase.
* Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until a purchase agreement is signed.
3. DEPOSITS & PAYMENT TERMS
* A deposit may be required to hold a vehicle for a specified period. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
* Full payment must be made before a vehicle is released to the buyer.
* We accept various forms of payment, including cash, certified check, wire transfer, and approved financing options.
4. FINANCING OPTIONS
* Financing may be available through third-party lenders. Approval and terms are subject to the lender’s discretion.
* Ohio Auto Warehouse LLC is not responsible for financing decisions made by lenders.
5. TITLE & REGISTRATION
* Ohio Auto Warehouse LLC will provide the necessary documentation for title transfer and will provide an Ohio title in your personal or business name after purchase. If you are a new or used car dealer, the title will be assigned to you.
* The buyer is responsible for registering the vehicle and paying all applicable taxes, fees, and title transfer costs.
6. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
* All vehicle sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once the transaction is complete.
* We recommend independent inspections before finalizing a purchase as explained in section 1. 1. VEHICLE SALES & AS-IS CONDITION
7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
* Ohio Auto Warehouse LLC is not liable for any mechanical failures, defects, or damages that occur after the sale.
* We do not provide compensation for repairs, towing, rental cars, or any associated costs after purchase.
